Return Policy

At Jungle Muse, every product is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped. Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch operations, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is damaged upon opening the package.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

·         Your order number.

·         Clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product and packaging.

·         A brief description of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, Jungle Muse will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

·         Change of mind.

·         Incorrect product selection by the customer.

·         Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or handcrafted elements.

·         Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
